Katie joined MCW Lawyers in 2014 as a legal secretary, and progressed into the position of probate paralegal in our Wills and Estates team.
Katie completed her College of Law Practical Legal Training in November 2025, gaining a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. In July 2024, she completed her Bachelor of Laws at Southern Cross University and was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2026.
Katie can advise on preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian. Katie can assist and guide executors through the process of probate and estate administration.
