Eleni Paraskevopoulos

Eleni Paraskevopoulos obtained her Diploma in Law in 2014. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2015, following completion of her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University.

Eleni is passionate about family law due to its true and sensitive nature. She aims for practical and timely resolution, prioritising negotiation and early settlement where possible. Understanding the legal complexities of family breakdowns, she provides clear, solution-focused advice. When litigation is necessary, she is proficient in preparing and managing court proceedings.

Eleni has appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in Sydney, Parramatta, Newcastle and Brisbane. She has acted in a wide range of family law matters, including complex parenting disputes, relocation cases, property settlements, and the negotiation and drafting of Binding Financial Agreements.

Eleni’s professional approach is grounded in empathy, clarity, and strategic thinking. She aims to make the legal process more accessible and understandable for her clients while advocating strongly for their best interests.
