Kim joined the firm in 1989. She has over 20 years’ experience starting as a legal secretary, then as a conveyancing paralegal before completing her studies at Macquarie University and becoming a licensed conveyancer in 1998.
At MCW Lawyers, Kim is involved in a variety of property transactions working in conjunction with Cathy Hart, another licensed conveyancer at the firm. These include drafting and negotiating property contracts in respect to Torrens Title, Strata Title, Old System, Qualified and Limited Title properties. Kim is also able to advise on “off the plan” transactions, mortgages and subdivisions.
Kim’s experience and knowledge enables her to provide accurate advice and to understand the potential issues that can arise in various transactions. She offers an efficient service and is always available to help clients and answer questions.
Kim enjoys working in the field of property law, dealing directly with clients and helping them through their transactions with sound advice and guidance.
