Yolanda joined the firm as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2008. She has worked in the legal services professions for over 30 years, firstly as a legal secretary and then as a Conveyancing Paralegal, before completing her studies at Macquarie University in 2002 and attaining her conveyancing licence.
Yolanda is able to advise and assist in all aspects of conveyancing, including:
• Sale and Purchase of residential and commercial properties whether Torrens Title,
Strata Title, Old System Title and Qualified and Limited Title.
• Sale and Purchase of Businesses
• Property Development and Subdivisions
• Residential, Commercial and Retail Leasing
Yolanda believes that it is important to keep abreast of the continuing changes in property law in order to give clients the most relevant advice. She strives to make the conveyancing process as easy as possible for her clients, by keeping them informed and updated on progress throughout the conveyance.
Yolanda is a Justice of the Peace and a Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
Yolanda is fluent in Spanish and is a member of the Guild Theatre Rockdale.
