Experience      
Sarah Walters acts in all aspects of commercial litigation and in commercial advisory matters. She has particular expertise in franchise disputes as well as the Trade Practices Act (especially Part IVB and the interaction with the Franchising Code of Conduct and Part V Consumer Protection).
 
Having trained in mediation with the Accord Group, Sarah employs extensive Alternative Dispute Resolution methods to find commercial solutions for her clients.
 
Sarah strives to provide practical, common sense advice. Her aim is to drive the client's commercial strategy throughout the dispute process.
