Paul is the commercial lawyer in charge of the business and commercial team at MCW Lawyers. His clients include individuals, SME’s and multi-national companies. Paul advises clients in all areas of business and commercial law including business structures and agreements, trademarks, business and share sales and purchases, commercial property and leasing.

Paul advises many clients in the franchising industry, acting for a significant number of franchisor organisations and franchisees. He advises on the establishment and operation of franchise networks, the sale and purchase of franchise businesses and dispute resolution.

As a qualified mediator, Paul utilises extensive Alternative Dispute Resolution methods to find commercial solutions for clients involved in disputes.
