Experience:

Elizabeth draws her skills from a broad range of experience touching on most areas of legal practice including:
• Compensation litigation;
• Employment law specifically addressing the changing legislative landscape of employee rights and employer obligations;

• Commercial law including drafting, advising and negotiation; and
• Wills, estates and succession law.
Elizabeth has acted for a diverse range of clients such as large insurance companies, small to medium businesses and individuals.

Elizabeth works in our litigation department and can assist with any compensation or employment law enquiries.
