Elizabeth joined MCW Lawyers in 2008 and works in our civil litigation department.
Experience:
Elizabeth draws her skills from a broad range of experience touching on most areas of legal practice including:
• Compensation litigation;
• Employment law specifically addressing the changing legislative landscape of employee rights and employer obligations;
• Commercial law including drafting, advising and negotiation; and
• Wills, estates and succession law.
Elizabeth has acted for a diverse range of clients such as large insurance companies, small to medium businesses and individuals.
Expertise:
Elizabeth became an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law on 1 November 2010 and can assist with any compensation or employment law enquiries.
